This SEAL-FULL BLACK 9″ fixed blade knife has some solid qualities for anyone looking for a reliable everyday carry or tactical option. The 5mm thick stainless steel blade feels sturdy and has held up well during my use, which included cutting through thick materials and basic wood carving. It maintained a good edge for a while but did need sharpening after some heavier use. The stainless steel is resistant to rust, which is a plus in wet or humid environments.The G10 anti-slip handle provides a secure and comfortable grip, even for larger hands. The texture isn’t overly aggressive, but it offers enough friction to keep the knife from slipping, even in wet conditions. This grip makes me feel more confident using the knife when conditions aren’t ideal.The knife comes with a Kydex sheath designed for horizontal carry. The sheath is well-made and holds the knife securely without any wobble. The knife can be drawn smoothly, but not so easily that it risks falling out accidentally. The horizontal carry option is discreet and comfortable for daily use. The belt clip on the sheath is sturdy and feels reliable when attached to my belt, so I don’t worry about losing it when moving around.The knife’s full-black design gives it a simple, tactical look. The 9-inch length is a good balance between being large enough to handle most tasks but still compact enough for comfortable carry. The knife feels balanced in hand, which helps when working on more detailed tasks.I’m giving this knife a four-star rating because, while it’s generally a solid option, it does have a couple of limitations. The edge retention could be better; after some heavy use, it required sharpening sooner than expected. Additionally, the sheath only offers horizontal carry, which might not suit everyone’s needs. I also object to the description as a “Seal” knife. I have firsthand knowledge of Seal teams’ cutlery, and this isn’t on the list.

First.. the knife came quite sharp out of the box. I was very suprised. I just swiped it a few times with my ceramic rod and it was as sharp as i like to keep my blades.The profile of the blade almost creates an optical illusion. I’m used to carrying a 4 inch fixed blade. This actually has more cutting edge than my other 2 knives I generally carry…but it looks short. Some of the features I like are the sKydex sheath..with an Allen key, you can rotate the belt clip so it is parallel/horizontal to the ground, instead of hanging vertically/perpendicular.Sheath holds it secure. Belt loop has an interesting lock so it will not come un-done.Btw. To open the belt loop look at the “bottom” of the buckle…unhook the latch and squeeze both sides pressing toward the center.I also like how the scales can be removed with an Allen key as well. This knife is a bit small for a thrower… but I can throw some nice anti-spin with the shape of the handle.I’m not a huge fan of the kunai’s ring. But I had to check it out for the price.I don’t think you will regret it. If it’s the style knife your looking for….

The fiberglass handle is textured in such a way that it makes for a good grip. The blade is 5mm thick which is thick enough that I think it could handle a bit of a beating. You can see in one of the pictures that I uploaded with the tape measure, it is about 8″ overall with the blade being just shy of 4″. This is a fixed blade knife and comes with a Kydex sheath that holds the knife in place well. I rotated the clip on the sheath to make it a horizontal carry. It was easy to do and only requires a phillips head screwdriver.It came pretty sharp already. I am guessing a 20 degree edge. The ring at the back allows you to hold and use it like a karambit, though it does not have the sickle-like curve to the blade that a traditional karambit does. It is also only sharp on the one side.This is my second Drachenader brand knife and they seem pretty well made for the price. The 5Cr13Mov steel is more used on entry level knives and requires more frequent sharpening from what I have been able to find out. Being realistic, this is an entry level price at $25.99 at the time I am writing this review. So using an entry level steel is not a surprise. So I give this five stars for a knife in this price range.

Guter Stahl messer ist sau scharf, hätte ruhig ein bisschen länger sein können aber leider wegen dem deutschen Gesetz ist die Klinge 10 cm bei einem feststehenden Messer. Kann man es hervorragend am Gürtel tragen hinten oder eine Seite bzw vorne und da der Griff nach unten geht oder man dreht die Scheide dann guckt sogar der Griff nach oben und das fällt weniger auf als wenn eine Gerade Stange entweder seitwärts oder hinten oder vorne aus dem T-Shirt einen Buckel macht was nicht so toll ist. Nach meinem Wissen ist es noch für bar wenn das nicht sein sollte bitte ich um Aufklärung. Einfach bei Amazon melden und (Player) angeben.

I am satisfied with the product. Average size knife, good design both blade and handle with good sheet.Sharp enough out of box. It is advertised as 5 mm blade thickness but it is 3-3,5 at best, hence the 4 star.

El conjunto de cuchillo y funda tienen una muy buena calidad, el mango del cuchillo esta realizado con G10, el G10 es un material extremadamente duro y resistente utilizado entre otras muchas cosas, para la fabricación de los mangos de cuchillos y/o navajas, sobretodo en cuchillos tácticos y de supervivencia, está elaborado a partir de fibra de vidrio colocada en capas impregnadas de resina de epoxi y posteriormente prensadas, el G10 cuenta con una serie de propiedades que lo hace ideal para este uso, tiene una gran dureza y resistencia, es ligero y fácil de trabajar y tiene nula absorción de humedad.La funda es rígida, y en ella el cuchillo queda bien asegurado, ya que cuando lo introducimos, hace un click que indica que se ha quedado correctamente enganchado, esta se puede abrir para colocarla en el cinto sin tener que quitarse este, ver video, lo que resulta muy cómodo, además permite ajustarlo al ancho del mismo, para que prácticamente no se mueva, teniendo el tope 7 posiciones distintas donde dejarlo fijado, con lo que se ajusta a cinturones desdeLa hoja tiene un bien afilado, realmente el producto no decepciona, teniendo un muy buena relación calidad precio.
