Addendum:. Today I received the replacement bag and upped my rating to four stars simply because customer service wants me to be a satisfied customer. I can’t up the rating on the product yet, since I don’t know if it will last. I am not crazy about the brown instead of the black, but I did agree to take it as they were out of black. Very useful bag, if the zipper will just hold up.Addendum:. The same day my review published, I was contacted by the product’s customer service asking how they can improve the rating I gave. I upped my rating to three stars for the effort to make me a satisfied customer. After several lesser offers, including an $8.00 refund or a different kind of pack, I was told I would be sent a replacement pack, although in a different color. I told customer service I would again revise my review upward if the zipper on the replacement pack holds up longer than four months and, in fact, I should think a minimum of a year.I do give customer service kudos for a very timely response and hope my experience with the first pack was just a fluke and not a design fault that will be replicated in the replacement. Good customer service is very important to me.I love the bag and all its little compartments and have received compliments on the bag. It has been very handy with plenty of room for wallet and keys and phone, garage door opener, lip gloss, and whatever else.However, unfortunately, the main compartment zipper is coming apart in several places. I expected a longer-lived product. It has not been abused or over-stuffed. Its longevity makes it a poor value in my estimation.

I liked this little fanny pack so much I bought another as a gift for a friend. I chose the Coyote Brown color because it matched my day backpack. The material is thick and looks very durable. And you can get a surprising amount of things inside. Then you can attach certain things to the outside. And the price makes this a sure thing. I highly recommend.
