Good source of energy boost and mental clarity in the form of a sugar-free gum. The product contains caffeine, L-theanine, and B vitamins, aiming to provide a balanced energy lift without the crash often associated with energy drinks or coffee. Here’s my experience.Effectiveness:Neuro Gum does a great job at delivering a quick and noticeable energy boost. Within about 10-15 minutes of chewing, I felt a mild yet focused energy lift, likely due to the combination of caffeine and L-theanine. The L-theanine helps take the edge off the caffeine, resulting in a more calm and sustained focus rather than jitteriness. This effect lasted around 2-3 hours, making it perfect for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up or a quick pre-workout boost.Taste:The gum comes in flavors like mint and cinnamon. The initial taste is refreshing, but the flavor tends to fade quickly, leaving a somewhat chalky aftertaste. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if you’re Review of Neuro Gum Energy & FocusNeuro Gum Energy & Focus promises a quick energy boost and mental clarity in the form of a sugar-free gum. The product contains caffeine, L-theanine, and B vitamins, aiming to provide a balanced energy lift without the crash often associated with energy drinks or coffee. Here’s my take on its effects, taste, and overall experience.Effectiveness (4/5):Neuro Gum does a great job at delivering a quick and noticeable energy boost. Within about 10-15 minutes of chewing, I felt a mild yet focused energy lift, likely due to the combination of caffeine and L-theanine. The L-theanine helps take the edge off the caffeine, resulting in a more calm and sustained focus rather than jitteriness. This effect lasted around 2-3 hours, making it perfect for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up or a quick pre-workout boost. However, it might not be strong enough if you’re looking for a substantial energy surge.Taste (3/5):The gum comes in flavors like mint and cinnamon. The taste is refreshing, especially since it doesn’t contains sugarConvenience :One of the biggest advantages of Neuro Gum is its convenience. It’s portable, quick to use, and doesn’t require any water or prep. It’s easy to pop a piece on the go, which is ideal if you’re traveling, at work, or in a setting where coffee or an energy drink isn’t an option.Overall (4/5): A solid choice for anyone seeking a fast, boost in focus and energy, the product is highly convenient and effective for steady, crash-free energy. It’s a good option for those looking to avoid sugary drinks and pills while still getting a mental edge. to texture and taste, you might find it less enjoyable over time. Still, it’s better than most other energy gums I’ve tried, especially since it doesn’t contain sugar.

It’s great for days when I need a quick energy fix but don’t want a full coffee. • Calm Focus with L-theanine: The L-theanine balances out the caffeine, so I get the energy without the jitters. This makes it perfect for staying alert and focused during long meetings or study sessions. • Convenient & Portable: Since it’s just a piece of gum, it’s easy to carry around and pop whenever I need a boost, whether at work or on the go. • Sugar-Free Peppermint Flavor: The peppermint flavor is refreshing and sugar-free, which I appreciate for my teeth and diet.Cons: • Short-Lasting Flavor: The peppermint

I rarely leave reviews, but i need to start because with Amazon you never know what you’re going to get…lol! I’ve been blessed though as for the items I have purchased over the years, and all the money I spend on Amazon I could buy a house–No Joke!! and I’ve noticed a change in products coming from Europe and all over the world, they’re better quality and more expensive. But you get what you pay for! And I know most of the clothes I buy come from Eurasia and lately I’ve been receiving well-crafted clothing for reasonable pricing (Maybe even better than Walmart but more style to choose from.) So, again; You get what you pay for! now, but it wasn’t always like that, HOWEVER for all the shirts and dresses that did not fit right(the quality was fine and for the price I pay for clothes)and If I/you like the clothing you can have it tailored to fit you or DIY! There’s been dresses I’ve really liked, and couldn’t find even at a mall, but didn’t fit right. And I do plan on taking them to a dry cleaner who does tailoring, hemming etc. (only for the specific dresses I like bc of the style and pattern. Lately though, I’ve been getting clothes, with tags lol, and its brand is unknown–and that’s why I’m assuming it’s probably from Europe; but that’s why Amazon is AMAZON! since Covid I pay twice as much for store items intended to be for frugal shoppers, and that’s BAD sign but Amazon has really stepped up, and I’m seeing sellers from Italy, France, Taiwan, China, Israel, and on and on and on…I bought sheets several years ago taht were from italy. I received 2 pillowcases and a fitted and non-fitted sheet. Now they are listed for 69.99. I splurged and bought high thread count Egyptian-like sheets (but made in Italy) and I now regret I didn’t buy more becasue I have washed them dozens and they’re still soft and feel wonderful. and their product is worth what they are charging now(compared to say Bed Bath n Beyond merchandise.) I love America bc it’s my home Country but I was taught in school and by our Society that out sourcing is bad. And i believe it can be when we/Americans aren’t making anything; and only Importing. Because one Country shouldn’t depend on another for all their merchandise (whether t’s the byproduct or the product.) But it’ is good for every country. or Providence, to need from each country bc then it’s fair and equal trade–we all need each other. It’s what keeps the peace! And that is why I don’t return items bc they don’t fit right or don’t taste good (especially if it’s for your health) not everything is going to be up to every customer’s standard. I did not return the few opened food items only because a few times we were sent double the items, and I see it as a blessing for a blessing!!! And if you order an item and it is not as seen or described; or broken , whatever a customer has the right to return bc there’s a return policy in place. I have returned only 1 item over 15 years ago–other than Amazon RET.’s charges on my Credit card; which I believe was for items that were returned by the shipping facility used that I never received or didn’t pick up, or came late and i received a refund, and after they charged me back. The item was a monitor that was missing a pixel. My husband and I back then were struggling financially, so I wanted what I paid for to be in the best condition. If something doesn’t fit–I give it away. If an item is opened, I throw it away but that has happened maybe a handful of times. I was leery about the gum, only because I take caffeine pills but need to cut back, and I was drinking Celsius but I can’t find the drink with xylitol. it did exist but now it’s made with Sorbitol and Sucralose. This gum does contain sorbitol (which I believe is like sugar alcohol) and STEVIA leaf extract. I don’t get headaches or caffeine headaches; since I’ve been cutting back. When I chew a piece I do notice a boost for an hour or more. I would say I chew 8-10 but that’s because I take meds that cause drowsiness and I need the boost. I stopped drinking energy drinks and only coffee or tea on the weekends w/ my husband. The L-Theanine AND B12/6 is in all energy drinks–for the most part–and the caffeine itself; I don’t think it goes into your bloodstream and that may be why you can chew it as needed without getting shaky or your heart pounding. It’s taste is good but a tad like the medicinal component, but after chewing, the flavor is kinda an acquired taste and it taste like regular gum (but you can taste the STEVIA.) I don’t mind Stevia-it doesn’t taste like sweet and low or Equal; just like STEVIA LEAF EXTRACT. I don’t get headaches from stevia, my husband uses the mix of real –bleached– cane sugar and stevia. And i only use artificial sweetners in energy drinks, I actually would prefer real cane sugar or Xylitol in drinks or gum. Cane sugar is good for yyou and settles your nerves, and cravings of any sort. But it tastes good and goes well with other gum; I chew a lot of gum, so I mix it with PUR Gum or Mentos (with xylitol), peppermint or spearmint goes well with NEURO Peppermint gum. You can chew it by itself, and works great as a breath-mint as well–I purchased the peppermint. I’m going to try the cinnamon but I’m chewing the peppermint right now! i do have a wandering mind, so anything I can use for focus, that is natural but not herbal (flowers etc.) aside from chamomile; I’m GAME! 😉 Herbal products work for some but they can cause depression (not clinical or any permanent Depression Disorders) but you may feel a little….depressed. I don’t feel any side effects- nothing except I did notice just on a subconscious level it was working. If you chew it and you don’t feel anything it may be bc you need more caffeine. I use something for a while–especially when it’s pricey or I’m not sure if it’s good for my health–then if I don’t notice stop, then I continue and usually figure out that it works. And it’s not a placebo effect; placebo effects usually don’t work on me, I’m a trial-and-error type. and I’ve noticed some items I buy and like, then it became popular, and the makers change the ingredients to make more money. And I’ve quit buying many food-grade items due to ” supply and Demand”, HA! And that’s how a company loses the consumer…So five stars or longevity and Quality, but 3 stars for the BANG; it’s a little expensive. I would compare 6 pieces of NEURO Gum = an energy drink! But it’s been hard to find energy drinks on amazon– or in store– that do not have sucralose or Aspartame. I’d rather drink real (unprocessed) cane sugar; in gum, candies, drinks and food items….And/Or, Xylitol too! And I wouldn’t complain if in the future it contains xylitol, and real cane sugar(if unprocessed)is calming; cane sugar calms your neurons and receptors. When you have addictions in your life, when craving, your brain is on fire. Your neurons and receptors are literally sizzling. But I haven’t noticed any more need, to take more caffeine pills, and/or any need for the gum other than it helps with my focus and gives me a natural feel of a boost in my energy. and anyone worried about acidity, or heartburn and acid reflux–I get both. I’ve been taking Turmeric adn it completely kills any heartburn and I don’t get acid reflux due to foods but medications. Turmeric is a life saver, AND Neuro Gum doesn’t causes any gastro-intestinal problems. I also am curious though why i can chew several pieces and not get the jitters, or rapid heart beat–that is why I typed above that I think it doesn’t enter your bloodstream or maybe a little does and my body metabolizes it…It would be awesome if the Makers would state in the description how it works as for our body’s many ways of processing our intake of vitamin supplements, food and drugs; etc., etc. And I hope this review helps, I felt like I needed to leave a RATING for sure, and a comment that hopefully matters. I usually don’t leave ratings or comments–although I should! I know reviews help me in my decision making, and it’s courteous to the consumer of the product, AND its makers. So, A++ on quality and Longevity, and C+/B- on the BANG for your Buck! However— the average cost per any energy drink is probably around$3.50-$4. And you get what you pay for…or at least in a perfect world we wouldn’t have to worry about worth–it should always be a silent agreement between Products said Maker-Merchant/seller-and we the Consumer; to provide what is advertised and fulfill what is advertised! God bless, and enjoy! — P.S I’m not sure but it my be a good idea to place the mint under your tongue, if u can, I’m assuming it’s not wholly sub-lingual but maybe it will last longer, than if u chew it for 5-10 mins and spit it out. I chew it with my gum for at least an hour, but I chew gum all day! and using it as a mint you could keep it in your cheek–if it’s a mucous membrane absorption thing (I’m not a scientist) or even a sublingual method would at least help (but I don’t think it is sublingual) get the most out of each piece. And they do have mints, but I haven’t tried yet! 😉
