First time trying this creatine. First of all you get a lot for your money, has no taste, it really helps, I take it after 30 minutes of every workout. Size is great, I also have notice my energy levels are always at 100%

I take a lot of different supplements for performance. Creatine is always one of my go to’s. Most of the creatine I’ve used had major bloating side effects. I don’t notice any significant bloating from taking this. I train BJJ and lift weights for functionality. Within a week my training partners noticed an increase in my strength and endurance. Within another week I noticed a physical size difference. My weight training workouts have been improved. I’m able to lift more weights and more reps (kettlebells). My recovery from workouts has increased a little. I mix the creatine with a bottle of orange juice in the morning. I do manuel labor for work and this hits the spot. I’m just about through one container. I take supplements for performance so taste usually isn’t a factor for me. This dissolves pretty easily with any liquid of choice. I’ll definitely be purchasing another container of Jocko creatine. It’s definitely worth the price. I just recently started staking this with other Jocko products. So far so good.

My wife and I both have used this for a month. And we have completely different experiences.First, I love Jocko and all his products, whether they be supplements or jeans. For my wife this powder is great. She puts it in her iced coffee and no difference in taste for her. Seems to improve mood quite a bit.For me, I’ve done it in iced coffee and orange juice and it’s super bitter. And it stays with me all day even affecting taste of foods I eat later. Going off it solves that problem. I also get nauseous about an hour after ingesting it. And it lasts about 45 minutes.I will say that my wife’s palette is really poor. She won’t notice me adding basil to pizza sauce for instance. I notice every herb and typically spice up all foods. I don’t know if that has anything to do with the different effects with our tastes involving this product.
Just what I wanted –
I had different creatines before, some micronized but you know you have a good product when it comes instatized how this one came. It’s instatized so it dissolves perfectly in water or my shake. Taste like nothing so that’s a plus, price is going on up there but for 90nservings that’s not bad at all especially with the prime day deals it’s a steal. Scooper is a little flawed but nothing that takes away from the actual product. I’m happy with the huge portion. I’m buying again, I haven’t used it long enough to see how the effects are but I can already tell it’s quality stuff.

Works great, creatine is high quality. I strongmy recommend Jocko supps for the most part especially when it comes to his vitamins, sports drinks and energy drinks — they do not have the toxins like sucralose in them and chemical nonsense. Plus the jocko gos actually taste better than all the other mainstream ones that do. Shows he actually values the consumers health and well-being instead if sell out bodybuilders and their brands who are putting gastro intestinal poisons and liner damagers (sucralose) in their stuff. A+++

The powder itself is great. Blends into the liquid well and there’s not a chalky taste or anything. Only downside is the scoop. Its likely because the bottle is so tall, they have a spoon that is like 3 inches long so when you pull it out of the full container you get powder everywhere. I guess once I get through a quarter or so of the container it won’t be an issue, but I opened it in my car to get a scoop and I got powder all over myself.Updated – once you use a few weeks worth the mess is no longer an issue. Actually the more I think about it, I’m glad they put 90 servings because it keeps the cost per ounce down. I’m willing to deal with the mess on the first few uses.
